Kate grew up taking riding lessons from a young age and chose to pursue this as a profession. After being introduced to the sport of combined driving, Kate was hooked. Showing client horses for a time in CDE’s and pleasure shows Kate has gained experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. She also has experience in turning out to a high standard for carriage and dressage shows. Working under and taking lessons from FEI trainers in both combined driving and ridden dressage Kate gained an immeasurable amount of knowledge and experience in how to develop young horses into top competition horses. From head groom, trainer, and barn manager Kate understands how to run a business while keeping the horse at the forefront of the operation.
